Interlude: SF Gateway Omnibus of the Week

If you’ve just come here from the SF Gateway website, you’ll no doubt have noticed that the Author of the Month promotion has disappeared. Fear not! It’s not permanent. We’re still committed to highlighting a different author each month with the goal of helping introduce some of you to new writers while reacquainting others with old favourites. It’s just that the annual SF Gateway Xmas Sale is about to begin (details to follow next week) and carry on over the months of December and January, we thought we’d change the spotlight for that time and feature some of the wonderful omnibuses we’ve published recently, which have returned to print (and eBook) a number of terrific classic SF & fantasy books.

First up: Robert Silverberg . . .

From the groundbreaking digital initiative The SF Gateway, come three award-winning novels from the highly-decorated Robert Silverberg. A perfect introduction to one of the Grand Masters of SF.

As highly acclaimed as he is prolific, Robert Silverberg has won and been nominated for the Hugo and Nebula awards dozens of times as both writer and editor, and in 2004 received the SFWA Grand Master Award. This omnibus contains three of his award-winning novels: Nightwings, A Time of Changes and Lord Valentine’s Castle.

You can find more of Robert Silverberg’s work via his author page on the SF Gateway website, and read more about him in his entry in The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction.
